My location is Taiwan , any support here? If I want to buy a router support VPN
Marty,
Our customer map shows we have at least 5 customers currently in Taiwan! So, yes, it looks like a VPN router would work fine in your area. Make sure your VPN company supports PPTP or our OpenVPN configuration first, before you purchase. If you have questions about whether a specific provider will work with our routers, you can contact our customer support.
Thank you, Sabai Team
We are living in Bangkok, Thailand and have a Samsung smart Tv. Will this router work for us? We are using My-expat network.
Gordon,
A Sabai Router should have no problems working for you. In fact, we owe much of our companies history to our founder, William Haynes, once being an expat in Thailand. You can go directly to a section of our website for My Expat customers here.

Will I be able to use my existing ‘MyExpat’ VPN with your F7D7302 Share N300 to connect from a Sony BDP-S390 Blu-ray player (with its own internet connection) to BBC iPlayer in the UK?
John,
Yes, you can use the Share to run your VPN, instead of your computer. This will allow you to run VPN on your Blu-Ray player via the network.
I am in Dubai, UAE. Does your router support this location on Etisalat ISP for me to be able to watch Netflix etc thru Apple TV / Roku? Do you ship to UAE without any issues at customs. Whats teh yearly costs for your subscrption?
Hi Bobby! Our VPN Routers do work in UAE and many of our customers are on Etisalat ISP. In fact, we have over 120 units already in that country. While we have no control over the customs process, we do not typically have any trouble with shipping. We do not carry a subscription fee, as we do not actually provide VPN service. You will need to contract a 3rd party provider such as StrongVPN for service, in addition to purchasing the VPN Router.
If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to ask!
thanks! My only concenr is if the package contains the word VPN as its most likely to get held back at the custsoms then. If its shoipped a s routine router, i guess it should sail thru customs easily
Bobby,
The only place that the word VPN is present in our packaging is on the invoice on the inside of the router box. We are happy to omit this invoice on your request.
Do you have retail or web outlets in Spain or the UK. thanks Nik
Not at this time, although we are working on it! For now, purchasing from our website and direct shipment is the only way.
