Tech Alert: Change to StrongVPN File Structure
Sabai Technology has received notification that StrongVPN made a change to their OpenVPN setup which affects Sabai Technology customers. Users that are already connected to a server should not see any issues or have need to make any immediate changes to their setup. However, users changing their connection settings or downloading a new OpenVPN configuration will notice that they no longer receive a zip file, but a single .ovpn file.
This change actually makes connecting to your Sabai VPN Router easier than ever before. Rather than downloading, locating and unzipping your OpenVPN configuration, users can now directly upload the file provided by StrongVPN.
If customers would like a new set of directions for setting up their VPN Router with OpenVPN, new instructions are now available for download.
